## Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how Constantine Pro handles personal data through the Constantine Pro website and AI Agent Academy, including the Android application and optional account features.

## 1. Who is responsible

## 2. Information handled without an Academy account

AI Agent Academy can be used without an account. In the Android application, learning progress, quiz answers, bookmarks, onboarding preferences, exam attempts, completion certificates, the name entered for certificates, theme preferences, and a local purchase-entitlement flag are stored locally on the device.

The current application does not upload or synchronize those local learning records to Firebase. Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for the app. Uninstalling the application or clearing its storage removes its app-private local records. The in-app progress reset intentionally preserves bookmarks unless they are removed separately. A Google Play purchase, if available, may be restored separately through Google Play.

The website may store strictly functional preferences, such as a selected visual theme, in the browser. These preferences remain on the device unless a feature explicitly states otherwise.

## 3. Optional Academy accounts

If you choose to use an Academy account, Firebase Authentication processes information needed to create, secure, and operate that account. Depending on the sign-in method, this may include:

- a Firebase user identifier (UID);

- your email address and email-verification status;

- your display name;

- the authentication provider linked to your account;

- authentication timestamps and security-related technical information;

- for Google Sign-In, profile information made available by Google, which may include your name, email address, and profile image.

When the Academy website creates an account profile, it may store the display name, selected language, profile schema version, and account creation or update timestamps in a Firebase database associated with the same UID.

Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication. Constantine Pro does not receive or store your plaintext password. Google account credentials are handled by Google and Firebase; AI Agent Academy receives the authentication result needed to identify the signed-in account.

Signing in is optional for public lessons. Current Android learning progress, quizzes, bookmarks, exam attempts, and certificates remain local and are not synchronized to the account.

## 4. Website enquiries and technical data

If you contact us by email or submit an enabled website enquiry form, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, and normal communication metadata.

The hosting provider and security infrastructure may process routine technical data such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and technical or security events. This information is used to deliver, secure, diagnose, and maintain the website and associated services.

## 5. How information is used

We use personal data only as reasonably necessary to:

- authenticate users and protect Academy accounts;

- provide account verification, password reset, sign-in, sign-out, and provider-linking functions;

- maintain a consistent account identity across supported Academy clients;

- respond to enquiries and provide requested information;

- deliver, secure, diagnose, and improve the reliability of the website and application;

- prevent abuse, unauthorized access, fraud, and security incidents;

- meet applicable legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Depending on the context, processing may be necessary to provide a service requested by you, to take steps at your request, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate interests such as service security and operation. Where consent is legally required, it will be requested separately and may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

## 6. Purchases

If an optional Academy purchase is offered, it is processed by Google Play Billing. The application receives purchase status needed to grant, restore, or revoke access. Constantine Pro does not receive or store payment-card details and the application does not intentionally log purchase tokens. Google processes payment and Play account information under its own terms and privacy policy.

## 7. Service providers and disclosures

Personal data may be processed by service providers only as needed to provide their services, including:

- Google Firebase for authentication and related account data;

- Google Sign-In for authentication chosen by the user;

- Google Play for application distribution, billing, purchase restoration, and platform services;

- Hostinger or another approved hosting provider for website delivery and technical security logs;

- email and operational service providers used to receive and answer enquiries.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use Academy account data for advertising. The current Android application does not contain an advertising SDK or a publisher-selected analytics SDK.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, necessary to protect legal rights or service security, or involved in a properly governed corporate transaction. External websites linked from Academy content have their own privacy practices and are not controlled by Constantine Pro.

## 8. International processing

Some service providers, including Google, may process information in countries outside Romania or the European Economic Area. Where required, such processing must use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and safeguards described in the relevant provider documentation and agreements.

## 9. Retention and deletion

Local Android learning data remains on the device until you remove it through the available controls, clear application storage, or uninstall the app. Files you deliberately export or share are controlled by the destination you select.

Academy account and profile data is retained while needed to operate and secure the account. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting [office@constantine-pro.eu](mailto:office@constantine-pro.eu). We may ask you to reauthenticate or provide information reasonably necessary to verify the request. Data will be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required, except where retention is necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

Correspondence and technical records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for their purpose, applicable legal obligations, security, or legal claims.

## 10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data, including provider-managed authentication, email verification, access controls, restricted test environments, and rules designed to prevent users from accessing another user's private records. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

## 11. Sharing and exports initiated by you

You may choose to export or share an Academy completion certificate through Android's document picker or share sheet. The application sends the file only to the destination you select. That destination then handles the file according to its own privacy practices.

## 12. Children

AI Agent Academy is a general-audience educational product about software engineering and AI-agent frameworks. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly seek personal data from children below the applicable minimum age for independently consenting to online services. If you believe a child has provided personal data through an Academy account, contact us so the situation can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

## 13. Your rights

Subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the processing, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

## 14. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, Academy application, account features, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and the effective date will be updated. Relevant changes to the Android application's data practices will also be reflected in its Google Play Data Safety declaration.
