## Website and AI Agent Academy Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to the public Constantine Pro website and AI Agent Academy. By using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
## 1. Operator

## 2. Nature of the services
The website provides information about Constantine Pro, its areas of work, products, resources, and technical content. AI Agent Academy provides educational material about AI-agent systems, software engineering concepts, frameworks, tools, and related practices.
Public information is not a binding commercial offer and does not by itself create a client, supplier, employment, or other contractual relationship. Any professional-service scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, warranties, or support commitments must be agreed separately in writing.
## 3. Educational content
Academy lessons, quizzes, diagrams, examples, exams, and certificates are provided for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, security, compliance, or other regulated professional advice.
Technology changes quickly. Although we aim to keep the material useful and accurate, content may become incomplete or outdated. Users remain responsible for independently evaluating information before applying it to production systems or consequential decisions.
Academy completion certificates record participation or results within the product. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not university degrees, government qualifications, professional licences, or third-party accreditations.
## 4. Accounts
Public Academy lessons may be accessed without an account. Optional account features may require Google Sign-In or a verified email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of the credentials and devices used to access your account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information, must not impersonate another person, and must not create or use an account for abuse, unauthorized access, or unlawful activity.
We may restrict or suspend account access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights; investigate abuse or security incidents; comply with law; or address a material violation of these Terms.
## 5. Acceptable use
You may use the website and Academy for lawful personal, educational, and professional learning purposes. You must not:
- interfere with the operation or security of the services;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, paid material, or administrative functions;
- introduce malware, automated abuse, excessive traffic, scraping that disrupts the service, or other harmful material;
- bypass access, purchase, or technical restrictions;
- misuse certificates or represent them as qualifications they are not;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
- use the services in violation of applicable law.
## 6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, Academy application, original text, graphics, diagrams, software, curriculum structure, and Constantine Pro branding are owned by or licensed to Constantine Provisioning Group S.R.L.
You may view public content and use it for ordinary learning. No broader right to reproduce, republish, sell, redistribute, scrape, or create a competing content collection is granted without written permission or an applicable open licence stated for specific material.
Third-party names, frameworks, documentation, code, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion for educational reference does not imply partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or certification.
## 7. Purchases
If paid Academy access is offered through Google Play, the transaction is processed by Google Play under the purchasing account's applicable Google terms. Product availability, price, taxes, cancellation, refund, and restoration behavior may depend on Google Play, applicable law, and the offer displayed at the time of purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. If a conflict exists between these Terms and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the mandatory rights prevail.
## 8. External services and links
The website and Academy may link to third-party documentation, tools, stores, or services. Those services are controlled by their respective operators and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself imply endorsement, partnership, or responsibility for the third-party service.
## 9. Availability and changes
We may correct, update, add, restrict, suspend, or remove content and features. We do not guarantee that every feature, lesson, account function, or external integration will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Where reasonably possible, material changes affecting users will be communicated through the website, application, store listing, or another appropriate channel.
## 10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and general educational content are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for a specific production decision.
Constantine Pro is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general educational information, unauthorized or unlawful use, user-selected external destinations, or third-party services outside its control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
## 11. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the [Privacy Notice](https://constantine-pro.eu/privacy). The notice includes information about optional Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, local Android learning data, service providers, retention, deletion requests, and user rights.
## 12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law, subject to mandatory rules that may apply to consumers. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.
This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections available under the law of a user's habitual residence.
## 13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the services or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update is subject to the version then in effect, except where separate notice or consent is legally required.

# Hostinger placement checklist
1. Set the page slugs to exactly `ai-agent-academy`, `privacy`, and `terms`.
2. Privacy and Terms may remain hidden from the main navigation, but link both in the global footer.
3. Add a visible Privacy link on the AI Agent Academy page.
4. Add a visible Privacy link close to every sign-in or account-creation entry point.
5. Publish all three pages as normal HTML, not PDF files or embedded Google Sites pages.
6. Confirm all three URLs return HTTP 200 over HTTPS without requiring authentication.
7. Use `https://constantine-pro.eu/privacy` as the Google OAuth privacy URL, and use the exact same link on the Academy page.
8. After the Constantine Pro Privacy page is live, update the Google Play listing to use it instead of the Google Sites URL.
9. Keep the Google Sites policy available until the new URL has been published and independently verified.
